About
Family Court creates fear and anxiety.
Self-representing against hostile opposition, false allegations or an unhelpful judge can feel overwhelming. Family Court, intended to prioritise children, frequently fails parents, sometimes destroying them. To address this, I established the Virtual Family Court for Litigants in Person to practice, rehearse, and fortify their cases.
- Practice case presentation and cross examination.
- Experience questions and evaluations from a virtual Judge.
- GPT tools built on the law and trained on real insights.

My Experience
30+ family court hearings across 3 trials.
This taught me that the process inflicts profound pain and suffering. Relentless fear, baseless allegations, sleepless nights, and pervasive hostility that could drive anyone to suicidal thoughts. I often felt like a criminal. It's a flawed system that ignores the emotional burden on self-representing litigants. Yet, I was expected to conceal such distress and present a polished, professional case, against professional legal opposition, with the stakes being contact with my children.
